Nicki has worked in the counseling field for over 10 years while attending school. She received her undergraduate from Northwestern University, and in 2023 completed her masters degree in social work. 

Nicki began her career specializing in group therapy working with teens and pre-teens but has gained experience in many different fields. She also has a background working with adults in an intensive outpatient program and as a school counselor in an elementary school. She believes everyone should have a safe and healing environment to work through life’s difficulties.

Nicki loves her community and has a passion for helping individuals and families connect and grow to lead more fulfilling lives.
